Suya Yaji Kabobs
These kabobs are super easy to prepare, and provide a delicious nutty, slightly spice flavor that is sure to spice up your next cookout!

Ingredients
2 lbs sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch chunks
2 large bell peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 large onion, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 tbsp Caravan Spices Yaji Seasoning
1 tbsp olive oil
10 Skewers
Steps
Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes
While the skewers are soaking, cut the meat and vegetables into approximately 1 inch pieces
Put the beef into a bowl or freezer bag. Add the oil and Yaji seasoning, and toss to coat evenly (if any pieces of meat arent coated with the seasoning, add a bit more of the Yaji seasoning).
Marinate the beef for at least 30 minutes.
Assemble the skewers, alternated pepper, beef and onions.
Turn the grill on to medium-high heat. Place the kabobs on the pre-heated grill, and grill for about 8-10 minutes on each side, or until beef is cooked thoroughly.
Remove skewers from the grill and serve.
