Harissa Spiced Chicken

Ingredients
3/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Caravan Spices Harissa Spice
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black ground pepper
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup fresh chopped dill
Steps
Pre-heat the oven to 425 degreed Fahrenheit.
Mix together the harissa spice, olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper in a bowl to create the harissa paste.
Cut the chicken into cubes and add to the spice paste, tossing to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Arrange the chicken into a single layer on a large baking sheet, and bake for about 12 minutes, then flip the chicken pieces and cook another 12 minutes, or unti;l the chicken is thoroughly cooked (165 degreed Fahrenheit).
Transfer the chicken to serving dishes, drizzle the yogurt on top, if desired, add a sprinkle of dill, and enjoy!
