Chermoula Steak
Our chermoula steak recipe provides a nice change of pace from your traditional grilled steak, and with only a few minutes needed to marinade, this recipe is sure to be a weeknight favorite!

Ingredients
1 lb steak (we used rib-eye)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Caravan Spices Chermoula Seasoning
Steps
Toss the olive oil, Chermoula seasoning and steak in a plastic bag, ensuring the steak is thoroughly coated with seasoning. Let marinate for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Pre-heat your grill (450 degrees) or cast iron pan (medium-high heat).
Cook the steak for about 3 minutes on each side on the grill, or about 5 minutes on each side on the stove, until the desired doneness is reached (medium rare steak should have an internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit).
